Biography
Srinivas Gowda is a 28-year-old man from Karnataka who is a part-time construction worker. His family details are not yet known. He is not yet married. He didn’t study much at the school and left school for pursuing his career as Kambala Jockey.
His video of him running with buffalos at the Kambala race made him an internet star. He ran 143 meters in 13.62 seconds and 100 meters in 9.55 seconds which a world record. Usain Bolt, the fastest man in the world holds the record of running 100 meters in 9.58 seconds. Gowda is clearly 3 seconds faster than him.
He recently said that in Kambala race, heels play an important role but in a track race, toes are important. In Kambala race, buffalos also play a role but not in a track race.

After the video went viral, many celebrities requested the government to promote his talent.
The sports minister of India, Kiren Rijiju has planned for trails for Srinivasa. He tweeted this on Saturday. A day after this, Gowda said that he is exhausted after the Kambala race and he doesn’t think he could perform well in the trials. He has been practicing for the Kambala race since he was 15 years old.
He also said that he would take an opinion from his academy mentor regarding his trials.
On Monday, he will meet CM in Bengaluru.
